Description

It took some work, but we've cracked their ciphers. The Hal'hadar seek to power their Nullframes using draenei vigilant technology. The "Soul Lattice" is a heart for the Nullframe using a vigilant's core. With it, they can bind their unwrapped energy into the core and wear the frame like armor.
