Description

Hagar requested that we invite to this meeting all of the troll and elven leaders we know. It was not easy to convince them to come. There are some... past grievances between these groups. Hagar hopes to overcome these divisions. As we wait for the others to arrive, feel free to speak to the other delegates. The wait is making them restless, so try not to inflame tensions.
