Recent events have led to a large amount of arcane magic to leak into the soil of Khaz Algar. As was noted back on the Dragon Isles, flora tend to be susceptible to magical influences, and this situation is no different.

Some herbs here have become irradiated with arcane energy, and gathering them will allow the herbalist to obtain some Leyline Residue for their troubles. What may happen with the unstable arcane energy that remains however, is another story...
