Description

The shacklers in the Tremaculum are an awful sort. Souls are tortured there until they turn malevolent. They are then outfitted as guards so the cycle can continue. If you wish to slow the rate at which the Jailer raises his armies, start at the source. Disrupt the cycle at the Tremaculum.
