Highest density - the open desert has dense clusters; combine with Gromsblood and Mountain Silversage on the same loop.

Un'Goro Crater

Abundant throughout the zone; reliable and low-competition on most realms.

Azshara

Multiple fixed spawn points near the ruins; less contested than Silithus.

Tips

A core Flask and Elixir ingredient throughout Classic and into TBC. Un'Goro Crater is the easiest loop - single road circuit, no competition from higher-tier herbs. Silithus gives more per run but competes with max-level content farming.
